A star is going to explode after 79 years you will be able to see it LIVE from Earth

If you are interested in the events happening in the sky, then anytime from now till September you can see something that happens once in 79 years. Actually, a star is going to explode! American space agency NASA says that when the explosion happens, a glow will be seen in the sky, which can surprise the astronomers. This explosion can happen anytime from now till September. The place where the explosion will happen is 3 thousand light years away from the Earth. The last explosion happened in the year 1946.

Previous Report In 2018, we told you that this explosion will happen in a star system named Nova. The explosion can be so big that it can probably be seen with the naked eye. The Nova star system is in the constellation Corona Borealis in our universe.

Bill Cook, head of NASA’s Meteoroid Environment Office (MEO), spoke to Fox News about the possible explosion and said that scientists do not know much about its timing. However, he claimed that whenever it happens, it will be something you will remember.

The star that is about to explode is bound in a binary system. Such a system consists of a massive star and a white dwarf star. In the current case, the massive star is dumping its material onto the surface of the white dwarf star because the two are orbiting very close to each other.

The dumping of material is increasing the temperature of the dwarf star. According to the report, when this happens, a thermonuclear explosion will start in it. Eventually it will blow all that material into space and become very bright, hundreds of times brighter than before. Scientists think that the changes in the sky at the time of the explosion may be visible even with the naked eye.

What is special is that the Nova star system does not blow away its material all at once, it does so every 79 years.
