Lexus to provide 8 year warranty for every car sold in Indian market

Lexus India has increased the standard warranty for all cars sold in India. The company recently announced that it will provide 8 years or 1.6 lakh km warranty on all Lexus cars sold in India. Earlier, the company was providing 3 years or 1 lakh km warranty on all its cars. This extended warranty is valid from June 1, 2024.

Lexus India has taken a big step in terms of warranty. This is the longest standard warranty period available on any car as compared to other luxury cars sold by other companies in India. According to Tanmay Bhattacharya, Executive Vice President of Lexus India, the company is excited about the new warranty initiative, and it shows the company’s commitment to India. According to the company, in the new era, consumers are very conscious about the value of the product they buy. Therefore, services are being enhanced for consumer satisfaction.

Along with the extended warranty, Lexus will continue to provide a wide range of services to its customers, including financing, servicing, insurance, and roadside assistance. The company says that these are some of the services that other companies do not provide even under extended warranty.
