In Xiaomi 14 Ultra Snapdragon 8 Gen3 The Vivo X100 Pro has a Dimensity 9300 chipset. According to reports, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 offers better gaming performance (via) But the Dimensity 9300 chipset is also no less. Both the phones cannot be said to be less than each other in terms of performance.

Software
Xiaomi 14 Ultra has Android 14 based HyperOS custom skin. Vivo X100 Pro also comes with Android 14 based Funtouch OS 14. Vivo’s phone will be given three years of Android updates while Xiaomi 14 Ultra is said to get Android updates for 4 years.
Overall, both phones carry very high-end specifications. Both phones compete directly with each other in every aspect. Therefore, choosing one can be a very difficult decision.
