Xiaomi has launched the Mijia Electric Grinding Pen in China. It is currently available in China. Xiaomi Mall And it is being made available through crowdfunding on Youpin. Applications for the project will start on July 31 at 10 am local time. Its retail price is said to be 199 yuan, but the special price in crowdfunding will be 169 yuan.
The Mijia Electric Grinding Pen has a slim and portable design. Its diameter is only 2 cm. It is made of anodized aluminum alloy. The company says that it weighs about 310 grams. It has a brushless motor, which can reach speeds up to 22,000 RPM. This makes the pen ideal for tasks like carving, grinding, polishing and drilling. It has a single button power on/off feature and a knob for speed control. Accessories on this pen can be easily installed and removed by simply opening the pen tip, without the need for a wrench.
The pen supports both lithium battery and plug-in mode. The Xiaomi Electric Grinding Pen has an 800mAh lithium battery that claims to work continuously for 60 minutes on a single full charge. For long-term use, it can work even while plugged in, so users will not have to worry about running out of battery.
It also gets an automatic pop-up storage box, which can store 16 high-quality grinding heads. These grinding heads include a wool brush, twist drill bit, diamond grinding head, grinding wheel head, rubber grinding head and wool grinding head.
